So, a diet without consuming rice is not recommended because the body does not become thin but it will cause various problems in the body such as malnutrition.

Myth! Cold water is perfect for drinking during the hot weather. It makes a fresh feeling in the body when we are drinking it. Drinking cold water makes fat is not true because basically, cold water has 2 elements, water and ice cubes where ice cubes are frozen water. So, if we consume ice cubes as well as we consume ordinary water. On the other hand, if we consume too many fruits will cause various problems such as excess sugar in the body from fruit will accumulate into fat because the fruit contains high sugar and dominantly sweet.

Myth or Fact, excessive exercise will make the body skinny faster

Myth! Although exercise is good for the health of the body and able to help you lose weight, excessive exercise will cause problems and not help to lose weight at all. The healthy and right diet is by setting the dietary habits and balanced with regular exercise, not excessive exercise. The regular exercise means doing sports consistently for example 3 times a week, while the excessive sport is rarely doing sports but once exercising for hours.
